Growing up I vividly remember the positive and life-changing impact that orthodontic treatment had on me. Since then, it has been my vision to share the gift of a confident, healthy smile with every patient, regardless of age. Everyone should know the happiness and confidence that an orthodontic transformation can bring.
education & Beyond
A New Jersey native, I attended Binghamton University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology. Having completed four years of credits in under three years, I spent the final years of my college experience studying Shakespeare, architecture and theater while teaching chemistry and studying abroad. Then, I was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where I graduated with my Doctorate of Dental Medicine in the top of my class. While at Penn, I was elected president of the orthodontic society and served as a member of several social and academic clubs including the prestigious curriculum committee. After four years in Philadelphia, I continued on to Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, where I earned my Master of Science in orthodontics.
My commitment to clinical excellence has led me to attend enumerable continuing education courses and to attain American Board of Orthodontists board-certification for almost two decades. Recently, I completed my MBO certification from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. I remain actively involved in the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists.

I currently live in the Upper West Side of Manhattan with my wife Tamar and our daughter Ella. I am passionate about family, fitness, and wine blending and tasting. I am also a lover of art, reading, writing, and all the wonderful cultural offerings of New York City and the surrounding area.
