Dr. Russell Sandman

Growing up, I vividly remember how orthodontic treatment transformed my confidence and inspired my dream to help others experience the same joy of a healthy, beautiful smile. I believe everyone – at any age- deserves to feel proud of their smile.

A New Jersey native, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Binghamton University, my Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, and my Master of Science in Orthodontics from Columbia University. Board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics for nearly two decades, I remain dedicated to lifelong learning and clinical excellence.

I live in Manhattan with my wife, Tamar, and our daughter, Ella. Outside the office, I enjoy fitness, wine blending, and exploring the city’s vibrant arts and culture.

Dr. Michele Kaplan

Born and raised in New York, Dr. Kaplan is a board-certified orthodontist and proud third-generation dentist, following in the footsteps of her father and grandfather. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and went on to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where she graduated at the top of her class with numerous honors.

Her research in tooth movement earned the Thomas M. Graber Award from the American Association of Orthodontists in 2021 and was published in the Progress in Orthodontics Journal.

Outside the office, Dr. Kaplan enjoys traveling, running, painting, and spending time with family and friends while helping others achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Manika Agarwal

Dr. Manika Agarwal is a board-certified orthodontist dedicated to creating beautiful, confident smiles in a welcoming and comfortable environment. She’s passionate about using the latest technology to deliver exceptional care and believes a great smile can open new doors for her patients. Her commitment to excellence has led her to lecture to doctors and teams on both local and national levels.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Agarwal recently returned home after practicing in Chicago for over seven years. She’s excited to give back to the community that shaped her.

Dr. Agarwal lives in Bergen County with her husband, Sumit, and daughter, Reeya. Outside the office, she enjoys baking, traveling, tennis, skiing, and exploring new cuisines.

It’s Easy To Rock a New Smile

Step 1: Request Free Consult

After ensuring adequate pain control and comfort, Your Apple I mplant Practitioners will proceed with the surgery using a 3D printed guide (if it was planned in the initial appointment) during which, an implant is placed in your jawbone and the gum stitched over to allow for a water-tight seal.

Step 2: Select low Monthly payment

After the implant has adequately bonded, you will be re-evaluated and a second minor surgical procedure may be needed to place a healing abutment/tissue former. In some cases, the surgeons are able to place a healing abutment/tissue former at the time of first surgery.

Step 3: sit back, relax & get started

A custom-made replacement tooth crown is made by our lab technicians. In the final step, your custom crown is fastened onto the abutment. The tooth has been replaced without disturbing the healthy teeth next to it and the chances of further bone loss and gum disease have been reduced.
